LK can offer a unique way to collect data using a standard digital touch-trigger probe
Digital touch-trigger probe scanning offers a cost effective alternative to analogue probe scanning when scanning functionality is required on an infrequent basis. Using unique LK controller algorithms, up to 10 points per second of data can be collected with a standard probe.
Functionality and Compatibility:
- Continuous scanning using a digital touch-trigger probe. (i.e. TP2, TP20, TP200, TP6 etc.)
|

|
- Automatic probe compensation.
- Simple programming from 3 points - start, direction and end point.
- Software filtering using Circular (UPR), Linear (Wavelength) and Point Elimination (Standard Deviation) algorithms.
- Reports displayed as tabular output.
- Direct scanning of Lines, Circles, Cylinders, Cones and Curve features.
- Direct data import into LK Digigraph Profile Reporting for graphical analysis.
- Scan data graphically compared direct to CAD model for surface analysis. (CAMIO Studio only)
